Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Items must include any original tags and packaging, when applicable.
Proof of purchase or an order number may be required.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, alterations, odors, stains, or other signs of use may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an error on our part.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Please contact us before sending a return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us regarding availability. Depending on inventory, you may be asked to return the original item and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns or refunds, except where required by law or if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
